Job description

We are currently on the lookout for a corporate receptionist to join our company with one of the clients, a well-established Chartered Surveyors company - a highly focused and dynamic property consultancy operating throughout the UK since 1921.

Overall, we are looking for a bubbly friendly five-star receptionist with excellent customer service skills who is looking for a role which they can really get involved in and gain loads of experience from as well as becoming part of a lovely team. The key objective is to provide a warm, professional, welcoming reception service ensuring the customer experience is exemplary every time.

This is a Monday to Friday role, 40 working hours/week on two shift patterns:

07:15hrs to 16:15hrs

09:00hrs to 18:00hrs

About The Role

Responsibilities -

  • To greet clients and visitors with a positive, professional, and helpful attitude.
  • To manage taxi booking/arrangements for internal/external clients.
  • To deal with property inquiries (property job list) and forwarding them to the relevant department/consultant.
  • To book meeting rooms and managing meeting room schedule efficiently through the Condeco system.
  • To prepare refreshments as required for meeting rooms.
  • To order catering/food for meetings when necessary.
  • To update the Reception Manual, Policies and Procedure regularly .
