We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and routing incoming calls, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage the daily schedule of appointments.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Keep track of visitors' information.
- Provide basic information about the company to visitors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
