RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATOR - Financial Advising Practice

Our Client, a Financial Planning Practice with an outstanding reputation in the marketplace is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their busy and expanding team in Wythenshawe. Working from beautiful, refurbished offices based in a convenient location the successful Candidate with form part of an established team and will directly support the Finance Director.
Forming part of a friendly, very professional and super busy team environment the successful Candidate will be fully responsible for a wide variety of tasks including;
" Opening, Scanning & attaching post
" Working front of house responsible for meeting and greeting incoming clients
" Answering the phone in a professional manner, taking and passing on messages
" Logging phone calls on the system
" Dealing with client queries
" Supporting the wider team where necessary
" Day to day admin support for directors including booking and preparing of meeting rooms
" Ordering stationary & stocking up the office
" Organising the boardroom for meetings
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Receptionist for a professional services organisation. You will have strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs as well as having excellent customer service, time management and planning skills.
