Our Client, a Financial Planning Practice with an outstanding reputation in the marketplace is currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their busy team in Bolton. Working from beautiful, refurbished offices based in a convenient location the successful Candidate with form part of an established team and will directly for a team of Financial Advisers / company Directors.
Forming part of a friendly, very professional and super busy team environment the successful Candidate will be fully responsible for a wide variety of tasks including;
- Opening, Scanning & attaching post
- Answering the phone
- Logging phone calls on our system
- Dealing with client queries
- Supporting the advisers where necessary
- Day to day admin support for directors ie booking meeting rooms
- Meeting pack preparation for advisers
- Ordering stationary & stocking up the office
- Organising the boardroom for meetings
- Greeting clients & making coffees / tea
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Administrator ideally within Financial Services, however other professional backgrounds may be considered. You will have strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs as well as having excellent customer service, time management and planning skills.
