We are looking to recruit to a permanent full-time role as Breast Unit Receptionist at Kings Mill Hospital.
The Breast Unit has a friendly team who would be happy to welcome new members joining.
The role would involve providing a high quality customer focussed service by welcoming patients, booking patients in, arranging further appointments and supporting the smooth running of clinics.
We are looking for someone who is confident, calm and friendly with a caring nature to undertake reception duties to cover screening, symptomatic, family history and imaging clinics in a friendly and profession manner to ensure patients and visitors receive a good impression of the Breast Screening Unit.
To ensure all appropriate patient details are checked and attendance at clinic is accurately recorded onto the appropriate computer system (NBSS, Care Flow and CRIS).

To provide a high quality customer focused service to patients attending the Breast Unit, by welcoming patients to clinic, booking patients in and by arranging further appointments as necessary, to support the smooth running of clinics.
To provide a consistent approach across the Trust, Standard Operating procedures (SOP) will describe how the functions of this role will be carried out along with the timescales that will be adhered to.
This role would involve working in a very busy team, where the ability to work well in this environment is essential.
Reception needs to be covered every day from 08:30 - 16:30 hours to ensure full delivery of the service.
