Job description
An opportunity has arisen to join our small team supporting a single point of access for patients requiring the services of the Allied Health Professions (AHPs). Supporting the musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy team, podiatry, and orthotics Fife-wide, the hub supports multiple clinics and waiting lists remotely throughout Fife and handles approximately 34k patient calls per annum.
You will support the smooth pathway of referrals, clinic booking and clinician diaries.
A pleasant and approachable manner, excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
A level of flexibility is preferred in the event of sick leave etc.
A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is required. You should be educated to the equivalent standard grade or have relevant experience.
