Receptionist.

Cults Medical Group is seeking two part time Medical Receptionists to join our friendly, reception team.

Post 1 - 26 hours per week. Post 2 – 17.5 hours per week

£10.80- £11.50 per hour depending on experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to offer a calm, friendly, helpful approach and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload effectively.

Experience of working in a patient/customer service role is preferred; however it is not essential as full training will be provided.

Duties include in person and telephone communication with patients, booking appointments, signposting, dealing with enquiries, passing on results and messages from clinicians, prescription administration, electronic filing and various other administrative tasks.

You must have the ability to cover extra hours when required to cover periods of holiday or sick leave.
