An excellent opportunity has arisen for a friendly, caring and motivated individual to join the Trust in the key role of a General Porter/receptionist at the Friarage Hospital in Northallerton. Integral to the smooth running of the hospital and its services, the successful candidate will work as part of a team delivering a comprehensive and patient-focused service. No two days will be the same and you will enjoy the chance to work with a wide range of colleagues, patients and their families as you go about your duties across the hospital site. We'll rely on you to provide a number of crucial services, including patient transfer between wards and departments, and moving equipment, mail, case notes, specimens, medical gases, linen and furniture, as required.
