This is an exciting time at Newcastle United and we are looking for talented individuals to help us on our journey. To help us deliver on our ambitious plans we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to support our Football Administration department.
Your role will be to act as the first point of contact for all staff and guests. Ensuring all guests are greeted in a polite and professional manner.
You will have strong communication skills and be comfortable engaging with all visitors, presenting a professional and positive image.
You will provide general administrative duties to include printing, scanning and photocopying information, often of a sensitive nature, always maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, dealing with urgent queries diplomatically and effectively.
