Napoleons Casino & Restaurant Manchester is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated full time Receptionist.
Napoleons Casinos & Restaurants are operated by a privately owned UK family business, The A & S Leisure Group Limited, with over 50 years in the leisure and hospitality sector.

Job Summary
The successful candidate should have good all-round experience and knowledge of being part of a reception team being able to ensure the efficient and effective running of reception desk within the branch.
Have good communication skills and work well within a small enthusiast team and on their own. To ensure compliance with Legislation and company procedures in respect of LCCP and including Health & Safety in the workplace and the reception area at all times.
To maintain strict application of the Challenge 25 procedures in order to ensure no underage customers gain access to the casino at any time.
Main Duties
· To greet all visitors to the Casino in a customer focused, professional and helpful manner.
· To be fully conversant and comply with all aspects of gambling and AML legislation and LCCP including company policy and procedures relating to the department, Health & Safety and security.
· To maintain strict application of the Challenge 25 procedures in order to ensure no underage customers gain access to the casino at any time.
· To deal with all phone calls in a customer focussed professional manner, taking and relaying messages effectively.
· To maintain accurately the Neon members database ensuring this is kept up-to date at all times. Ensuring compliance with AML Regulations, GDPR and Data Protection Legislation in respect of identification documents and any other documentation produced.
· To be able to explain and actively promote all club facilities and promotional activities.
· To seek and take advantage of opportunities for personal development actively within the business.
Person Specification:
· Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
· Must be willing to work varied shifts and follow instruction.
· Good communication skills are essential.
· NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred, but not essential.

· Straight shifts
· 40-hour week – 5 shifts over 7days. Shifts will include evenings and weekends and will involve some late finishes.
