Receptionist
We are seeking a part-time (3days) Receptionist to join our friendly dental practice in Sheffield (Orthodontic Practice).
The practice is conveniently located near shops and supermarkets and we have free parking available on-site!

Receptionist Role and Responsibilities:
You will act as the first point of contact for our patients, delivering outstanding levels of customer service. Your role will include:
- Supporting patient choice and providing information about products and services
- Conducting system reviews to identify and action issues e.g. missed appointments
- Using the appointment booking system and managing diaries
- Money management, including transmitting electronic claims daily
- Updating and protecting patient information,
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ability to use IT and operate computer-based systems
- Strong organisational skills; caring and compassionate
