Job description
We are looking for a friendly Service Advisor/Administrator to join our expanding team at Mustoes. Previous experience working in a Garage Environment is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate must be willing to work 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, these hours are non-negotiable.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Answering the phone
- Interacting with customers
- Providing estimates
- Ordering parts / parts returns
- Invoicing
The candidate is required to:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work well both in a team and independently
- Use initiative
- Maintain a high standard of Customer Service
- Have a warm and friendly disposition.
- Have good computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £7.00-£12.22 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
