About the job:
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00-16:00
Responsibilities:
- Reception & Switchboard cover; meeting/greeting visitors and staff in the reception area.
- Creating access passes.
- Adhering to access control measures.
- Taking calls from external staff/customers/clients, as well as internal staff.
- Directing calls to where they need to go and assisting with queries as best possible.
- Email response and calendar/room booking actioning.
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist role.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Confident & competent computer skills.
- Self-starter & able to work under their own initiative.
- Presentable.
- Reliable.
- Hard-working.
