Our dealership is part of a successful automotive group looking for dynamic, energetic, career oriented professionals who love working with customers. Our car dealership is seeking a Receptionist who is able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately.
Receptionist Job Duties:
· Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
· Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
· Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
· Maintains safe and clean reception area.
· Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:
Must be able to work weekends/nights, Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills.
Open availability preferred. This is perfect for college students or those looking for a 2nd job.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
