Meridian Hotel Group Limited manages The Trouville Hotel, which is an 81-bedroom hotel, with restaurant, bar and conference & banqueting facilities. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from Bournemouth town centre.
We are looking for a hotel Receptionist for work two or three shifts per week. Duties of the role include:
- Proving an exceptional ‘sense of arrival’ to all our guests
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests during their stay
- Answering the telephone
- Taking payments
- General hotel administration
- Working together with the hotel team to deliver a memorable guest experience
Ideally you will have previous experience in a hotel reception and you must have strong customer service and administration skills.
We require someone to work two or three operational shifts within the hotel, of either early (7.30 am to 3 pm) or late (3 pm to 10.30 pm) shifts.
This is for an initial fixed term contract until 31 August 2023, but there may be the opportunity for the contract to be extended or made permanent.
The rate of pay offered for the position is £11.00 per hour.
