COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR JOB
Qualifications:
2 years in a customer focused setting or front of house role
Experience:
1. To carry out the role of a receptionist, answer queries emails and calls
2. To ensure presentation and cleanliness of the facilities
3. Ensuring that high levels of customer service are adopted at all times
4. Passion for Health & Fitness
General Day-to-Day Shift:
1. To welcome spa and leisure guests/members with great attitude and behaviours
2. To clean all areas of the spa, leisure facility (daytime) assist the leisure manager with duties
3. To update daily sheets, diaries and work within the hotel to accommodate guests
4. Maintain a high level of knowledge, keeping abreast of new trends within the industry.
5. To perform any other duties as directed by Management.
6. Contribute to programming and general operation of the facilities through ideas and support.
7. To undergo health and safety training and training for further development
8. To carry out tours of the facilities for potential new members and aid in the sales systems and operations.
9. Be flexible to work 06:00am - 02:00pm or 02:00pm - 10:00pm
10. Weekday and Weekend availability required due to the nature of the role & industry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
