Job description
We are looking for a professional and friendly live-out Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, taking reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask and handle a high volume of calls, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Manage reservations and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
- Provide general information about the hotel and local area.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their stay.
