HR Coordinator £24k-£29k per annum dependant on experience Monday – Friday / General Office Hours 12 month fixed-term Wrexham Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team on a basis. As the HR Coordinator you will oversee the proper functioning of the plant operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in plant management, and should possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. As a talented organiser you will have a passion for continual improvement and high standards. Performance Objectives Provide administration support to the Plant Manager, HR, and Senior Management Team in a professional and timely manner. Point of contact for facilities management and maintenance. Co-ordinate site services facilities i.e., Canteen/Cleaners - build relationship, attending meetings, ensuring compliance with , and addressing issues etc. Management of general housekeeping on site, reviewing, and updating plant information noticeboards/electronic ensuring data is current and relevant. Arrange hospitality (onsite and offsite) including refreshments, transport, and accommodation as appropriate ensuring communication to all parties. Co-ordinate and maintain inductions for site ors, ensure records are maintained. Point of contact for external call to the site/direct to appropriate team. Maintain and drive improved performance on site by identifying areas for improvement. Holiday/sickness cover for other support functions when necessary. Purchase orders and invoices administration. Person Specification Effective communicator. Strong prioritisation and organisation skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Excellent time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information. Willing to get involved, nothing too much trouble. Highly motivated and systematic. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages. Financial awareness.
