About us
The Maples Community provides specialist rehab, recovery and accommodation services in the southwest. We deliver community based solutions to people with complex unmet needs that are transitioning out of psychiatric hospital, or are at risk of readmission.
The role
As a Receptionist within the Maples, you will be based at our Service User facing office working as part of a team operating across the business to carry out the day-to-day administration and receptionist duties, provide efficient and accurate support to clients and the wider teams. Please note - working on our reception will mean direct contact with our service users.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Location: Staple Hill, Bristol
Salary: £11.30 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls using office switchboard.
General Administration (e.g. Scanning, Photocopying and Filling)
Cash handling, recording the amounts handled and providing receipts
Corresponding to emails
Administration of medication deliveries, storage and outgoings
Recording of medication deposits and withdrawals
