Job description
M Restaurants are looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Receptionist, to come and join our already fantastic team to provide high-end guest service. You would be the face of the business, getting to know all of your guests and driving sales by working with the management team to maximise table capacity. The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about hospitality and keen to learn.

You will:
- Have prior experience in a guest facing role, ideally in hospitality
- Have a great work ethic, and be able to work well in a team
- Be well groomed and takes extra care in appearance
- Have exceptional service standards with attention to detail and the ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
- Have exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills
- Have a working knowledge of Open Table & Bookatable
- Anticipate guests needs and go above and beyond them, creating repeat guests
