Location: Volkswagen Blackburn

Working Days/Hours: 13.5; Saturday: 08:30-17:00 and Sunday: 10:00-16:00 (including a half an hour lunch break)

Salary: £10.41 per hour

At Lookers Volkswagen Blackburn we have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, welcoming, and bubbly individual to join our team as a Weekend Receptionist. As a receptionist you will be our customers’ first point of contact and are crucial in providing a Lookers’ world-class experience.

Here at Volkswagen Blackburn, you will be reporting to the accomplished Paul Atkinson (Dealership Manager) who will support and guide you whilst in role.

Our Receptionists are passionate about delivering first-class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shines through during each customer interaction over the phone, via email and in person. If you enjoy going above and beyond for customers, then this is the right place for you!

• Being the first point of contact for our customers who contact Lookers over the phone. You will carefully manage the switch board to ensure customers are put through to the correct onsite dealerships
• Meeting and greeting any face-to-face customers as well as internal/ external visitors.
• Contributing to a happy, positive working and team environment
• Always maintain highest levels of professionalism

Excellent communication skills will be your strength and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. You will be warm, empathetic, and friendly and have an approachable and professional manner. You will possess strong organisation skills and a core eye for detail.

Having experience working in a similar role would be fantastic however, we are always keen to welcome on board total newbies!
