We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
Providing accurate and timely information to customers
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services and policies
Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Updating customer information in our database
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Customer service experience is an asset, but not required
