WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING IN BOTH OUR VICTOR AND BRIGHTON LOCATIONS.
Job Purpose/Summary: You serve a key role on our team by engaging with customers to create an unusually great healthcare experience. You will also be providing essential support services to assist in the delivery of care. Your tasks will include general reception, scheduling patients, insurance verification, marketing support, precise data entry, participation in staff meetings, and managing our patient list.

Key Job Duties at a Glance:
Personal Management: Time in/time out. Submit time sheets. Maintain clean work environment
Customer Service: Engaging customers with a smile, greeting them by their first name, and making a personal connection.
General Reception: Scheduling appointments, answering phones/voicemail, collecting copayments, open mail
Active Patient Management: Proactively filling the schedule when changes happen
Following up with lost or disengaged patients
Chart Audit: Daily Review of Each Scheduled Patient
Participation in Weekly Team Meeting
