Receptionist – Temporary ongoing contract

• £11.50 per hour – get paid for every hour you work!

• Set shifts available – work either 7am-3:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm
• Due to rural location own transport is preferred

Are you an established Receptionist looking for your next challenge? Do you want to work in one of the area’s leading luxury hotels? Then send your CV our way! We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join and support the team at a 4* hotel based in Reading. This is an ongoing interim role but for the candidate there is the chance for a permanent role.

The Role:

• Actively involved in daily reception duties such as taking reservations, check in/out and daily banking
• Welcoming guests into the Hotel
• Follow all procedures and maintain the high standards in place
• Working with all departments to develop the business and increase guest experience
• Experience with Opera would be advantageous but not essential

About You:

• Personable and immaculately presented
• Strong command of the English language
• Will have poise and a hospitable demeanour
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
• Previous experience essential
• Able to work well under pressure and communicate with restaurant staff
