The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has risen for a Receptionist to work within this fabulous hotel. You will be a positive and engaging professional with a passion for making guests smile and will receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, handling all customer check-ins’ or inquiries.
As the front-facing member of the team, you will ensure you are presentable at all times engaging in positive communication with the team and department. Acting as a professional at all times and delivering consistently exceptional service to all guests.

The Birmingham Strathallan Hotel Signature Collection By Best Western, is a short taxi ride from Birmingham New Street. And we’re convenient if you’re driving here too, close to the M5 in leafy Edgbaston.
The hotel has 135 rooms and suites offering everything from 53 contemporary designed city doubles, 17 Executive Doubles, to our 18 brand new Classic bedroom. Function rooms for weddings up to 170 guests plus 7 air-conditioned meeting rooms for up to 170 delegates.
