About the role:

euNetworks are looking for a Reception Apprentice to join their team! You will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient reception support for the business. There are a number of ways euNetworks will support you through the programme including an Apprentice buddy who has previously been through the programme, a senior management mentor and Mental Wellbeing Training.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Switchboard duties including screening calls and taking phone messages
  • Creating internal purchase orders
  • Calendar management of the internal meeting rooms
  • Co-ordination of incoming and outgoing post, including booking couriers and where required tracking the delivery of parcels
  • Placing business card orders for new employees
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of large meetings
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required, including supporting with general HR Administration
  • Meet/Greet Visitors upon arrival

Skills:

  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills including a professional telephone manner
  • Professional in nature and appearance with a flexible and positive attitude
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Personable and confident manner
  • Proactive team player

Entry Requirements:

  • You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
  • You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.
