About the role:
euNetworks are looking for a Reception Apprentice to join their team! You will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient reception support for the business. There are a number of ways euNetworks will support you through the programme including an Apprentice buddy who has previously been through the programme, a senior management mentor and Mental Wellbeing Training.
Main Responsibilities:
- Switchboard duties including screening calls and taking phone messages
- Creating internal purchase orders
- Calendar management of the internal meeting rooms
- Co-ordination of incoming and outgoing post, including booking couriers and where required tracking the delivery of parcels
- Placing business card orders for new employees
- Assist in the planning and preparation of large meetings
- Other ad-hoc duties as required, including supporting with general HR Administration
- Meet/Greet Visitors upon arrival
Skills:
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills including a professional telephone manner
- Professional in nature and appearance with a flexible and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Personable and confident manner
- Proactive team player
Entry Requirements:
- You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
- You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.
