We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join this prestigious law firm. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for attorneys and staff as needed.
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors to address facility-related issues and requests.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with telephone systems and office equipment.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle interruptions.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and the ability to handle confidential information is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required.
