Job description
Larkhall Circuit have an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at Scotland’s premier outdoor karting circuit. In your role as Receptionist, your primary purpose will be to welcome visitors, deal with enquiries and arrange and manage bookings. As this is a new role with varied duties and responsibilities, we are looking for a highly flexible and motivated individual. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage bookings and enquiries via telephone, email and social media
- Assist visitors with the sign-in and registration process
- Process payment transactions
- Act as a first point of contact for anyone visiting Larkhall Circuit
- Perform safety briefings and podium presentations in an enthusiastic manner
- Assist with a variety of general administrative duties
- Help with the organisation and smooth running of events
Essential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Being able to maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Professional and competent telephone manner
- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram
- Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise work effectively
- Enthusiastic attitude
Desired:
- Driving licence
- Interest in motorsports, cars and outdoor activities

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: £9.01-£10.42 per hour
