Administrator/Receptionist
We are looking for a full time Administrator/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and experience of supporting all activities that facilitate the smooth day to day running of a busy office.
The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, have fast and accurate typing skills, be organised, possess good attention to detail, have a high level of written and verbal communication, a professional approach and be able to interact in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include: greeting visitors both over the phone and face to face, typing, diary management, management of petty cash, ordering stationery and general office/administration duties.
The successful candidate will be joining a family run business, who are a multi award-winning firm of Chartered Accountants, tax and business advisors in Cumbria and Lancashire, led by the same senior management team and partners for the last 25 years, supported by a hard-working high performing team.
Applicants should have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English, strong IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and knowledge of Sage Practice Solutions and Sage Line 50 is also desirable.
