Job description
Receptionist required for this International Financial Services Company based in the West End. You will provide Front of House duties and also support the company in providing secretarial and admin support. Reporting to the Office Manager and working in a team to ensure all duties are covered and assist one another with specific projects in assisting the departments
Receptionist Duties
- First point of contact for the company
- Answering the Switchboard -
- Providing secretarial and administrative support services to dept Managers
- Assist with ad-hoc projects
- Preparing presentations and marketing distributions
- Be the point of contact for facilities
- Replenish stationary for departments and ensure all departments have stock avail
- Assist the departments with ad-hoc administration e.g. print, fax, scan, send out marketing
Receptionist Skills
- Previous 5 years of Reception / Secretarial admin experience
- Preferably have worked in a professional services / Financial Services industry
- Ability to provide a 5* service to staff and visitors
- Preferably have supported high net worth clients
- Have a helpful / hands-on personality to provide the best service, and go above and beyond
- Good Computer skills
