Receptionist
Marylebone
£35,000 – £45,000 per annum
We have a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to take on front of house responsibilities for a prestigious hedge fund based in Marylebone.
We’re looking for someone warm and engaging with a flexible, with a can do attitude, brilliant organisational skills, the ability to multitask and a real eye for detail. Confidentiality and discretion is hugely important to the business and should be something you are conscious of at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing meeting rooms
- Greeting and booking in external guests
- Stocking the office pantry
- Overseeing some internal office processes
- Offering support on ad hoc office projects
This is an office based role and hours are 8am-6pm.
The successful candidate will be:
- Applicants should have experience in similar environments and be adept at managing competing tasks and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- A degree is preferred, as is proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) and experience in financial services is an advantage
