Receptionist / Welcome Desk
In our medical facility this position is called “A Receptionist.
- Status: Part Time; about 20 hours per week, with M-Fri shifts and weekend rotations
- This is a fluctuating schedule. The shifts could be weekday evenings 3-8 PM; or weekends 8am-2 PM or 2-8PM with Every 3rd weekend off. The shift you are scheduled to work will depend on the needs of the front desk.
- Start date: Hiring immediately / ASAP
- Salary: 13/hr
Our center:
We are a 147 bed Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility.
Overview:
The Receptionist attends to the administrative needs of families and visitors. The functions are similar to that of a “Welcome Desk”. In this front desk role, you are greeting guests, performing clerical tasks and managing the phone lines at the front desk for a busy facility.

What we need from you:
- Previous training on multi-line phone systems and trouble shooting minor office machine issues (jammed printer, copier or software issues ...)
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a criminal history/background check

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
