Job description
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is kept clean and organized.
- Maintain an accurate log of visitors and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Salary: £18,471.00-£19,370.00 per year
