Job description
Main Purpose:
Packing and deliveries - working to ensure that deliveries are done on time and accurately. Assist with checks and maintenance on vans, keeping records up-to-date. Keep packing area neat and clean. Help out with other tasks as needed.
Packing
Work efficiently to ensure timely, well-presented and accurate deliveries
Be timely in all aspects
Work to high standards of product presentation
Assist with Retail & Direct packing when necessary
Delivery
Ensure presentable appearance
Ensure timely deliveries
Work with customers in a friendly and professional manner to maintain good customer relationships
Vans
Ensure vans are regularly checked - both daily and weekly
Ensure vans are presentable - both inside and out
Daily Cleaning
Ensure packing area is kept tidy and clean
Help with general cleaning downstairs and outside the building
Assisting in general bakery tasks
Willingness to help out where needed
Holiday Cover
Willingness to take on extra tasks for holiday cover and/or emergencies
