- Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism

About us
Penmellyn Veterinary Group has cared for the pets and horses of Cornwall for over 130 years, a lot has changed in this time. The main hospital, based in St Columb just off the A30 (near Newquay) see's thousands of patients a year from the surrounding areas and beyond providing compassionate care to their local pets, and meeting new faces when holidays don't quite go to plan.
We recognise that our receptionists are a crucial component in the smooth running of our practice. As such we offer full training and development opportunities with the role. We encourage all our Team members to fulfil their own personal ambitions and enrol every Receptionist with The British Veterinary Receptionist Association who offer accredited courses and qualifications.
