Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Assist with order entry and transcribe meeting minutes as needed
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as required
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Organise diary shedule for artists
- Bonus if you can use google sheduling and google calender, microsoft excel
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other office software applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional appearance and demeanor
