Receptionist
The role of the Receptionist at IFM Investors will provide exceptional Front of House Services and guest experience and, as a member of the Office Management team, also more general office administrative support and customer service to clients and internal employees. This is a forward-facing role to act as an ambassador of the company.
Front of House
- Provide a warm and welcoming support to all visitors
- Overall management of Reception desk and front of house area
- Manage the client experience e.g. ensuring rooms are prepared and cleared for meetings, providing refreshments to visitors
- Manage the front of house diary working closely with internal clients to achieve most efficient use of space
- Responsible for passes for visitors and employees
- Order and manage catering requests for meetings
- Maintain supplies for front of house requirements
- Assist with couriers and arrange drivers for deliveries
- Post distribution
- Assistance with simple IT requests for meetings and close liaison with IT to support more complex requests
- Liaison with building management front of house and security to ensure smooth guest arrival
Office support
- Maintain kitchen supplies and top ups throughout the day
- Responsible for managing stock levels and stationery purchasing; ensuring the stationery and binding areas are always fully supplied and clean
- Support officewide regular events with purchasing of supplies, assisting with set up and delivery as part of the Office Management team
- Proactively escalating maintenance issues to other members of the office management team
- A willingness to support the broader team with ad hoc requests
Person Specification
- Considerable experience in reception services and administrative support in a corporate environment. A strong understanding of a hospitality environment
- Presentable, professional, excellent people skills

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
