We are currently looking for a Hotel Team Member to be part of our wonderful team at ibis Cambridge Central Station and in our Chill #2 Cafe and Bar.
Your missions will be:
- Welcome the guests, whether on the phone or in the hotel, and ensure that the check-in and checkout procedure is handled very well
- Take food and drinks order and provides support to the breakfast
- Listen to the guest at all times; strive to answer all requests from the guests as quickly as possible, ensuring that the service provided to the guests will win their loyalty to return to the hotel and the Chill #2 Cafe and Bar
- Promote Accor’s Loyalty programme ALL
- Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible, respecting the Ibis 15-minutes guarantee
- Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel
- Passionate for the success of the hotel
- Attention to detail and quality
- Willing to embrace changes
