Job description
Hull culture and leisure are looking for enthusiastic and well organised Receptionists both Permanent and Casual with the skills to provide an effective reception service for customers. With clear and concise communication and customer care skills the individual will work as part of a team within the leisure facility to ensure customer satisfaction.
Weekly hours availabe are:
- 26.50, 19.00 and 18.75 hours per week based at Albert Avenue Pools and Lido.
- 17.25 and 22.00 hours per week based at Beverley Road Baths.
Will be working static hours, which includes daytimes and evenings, you will receive enhanced pay for any hours worked after 20:00hrs and for any hours worked over the weekend.
During this campaign should any comparable Receptionist posts become available due to an existing employee being successful, then we will also be using this campaign to recruit if suitable applicants available.
The post holder will be responsible for processing customer details in line with Data Protection regulations, receipt and account for customer payments including the use of electronic payments systems in compliance with council procedures.
The post holder will create accurate data base records and provide an efficient clerical support for managers.
Possessing proven IT skills the post holder will maintain computerised booking systems ensuring relevant information is accurate.
