Job description

Hull culture and leisure are looking for enthusiastic and well organised Receptionist both Permanent, Casual and if similar hours and shifts become available positions will be backfilled with the skills to provide an effective reception service for customers. With clear and concise communication and customer care skills the individual will work as part of a team within the leisure facility to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monday 3.45-8.45

Tuesday 7.45-2.45

Thursday 2.15-9.45

Friday 12.45-3.15

The post holder will be responsible for processing customer details in line with Data Protection regulations, receipt and account for customer payments including the use of electronic payments systems in compliance with council procedures.

The post holder will create accurate data base records and provide an efficient clerical support for managers.

Possessing proven IT skills the post holder will maintain computerised booking systems ensuring relevant information is accurate.
