Job description
The unique and exciting full time role of Guildhall Receptionist has become available. The successful candidate will need to have the skills and character to interface with a wide range of staff, visitors and members of the public who come to the building.
In addition to providing a professional, efficient and welcoming reception service other duties will include, amongst other tasks - managing and monitoring generic inboxes, managing meeting room bookings, processing staff ID badges and proximity door permissions.
An understanding and interest in how the Council operates would be advantageous.
