Receptionist, Chester, office based Monday - Friday, 9.15am - 4.15pm
We’re adding to our business support team!
The role
We are looking for an experienced front of house Receptionist to join our Chester office, working 32.5 hours per week. Each day will be different and there’ll be lots of opportunities for you to shine as an individual. As the first point of contact for visitors to our office, you will be well presented, proactive with a flair for organising, and a strong focus on client experience. You will thrive when working at pace and on your own initiative. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Looking after our busy reception desk over peak times, being the first point of contact for visiting clients
- Organising and setting up meetings rooms and assisting with organising events
- Management of a room booking diary system
- Sorting, scanning, distributing and sending post
- Liaising with stakeholders at every level across the business
- Prioritising and actioning administration requests to deadlines
- Assisting with office management and facilities processes
What we're looking for
You must have previous Reception / Front of House experience where you have delivered a brilliant client experience. You will be highly organised with an eye for detail. You will be able to balance and prioritise your workload and deliver an engaging and welcoming service to everyone you come into contact with.
We are looking for someone with a good working knowledge of Outlook, MS office and excel and you will ideally will have used case management systems or CRM's.
A Legal or Professional services background would be preferable although not essential.
Your existing team will offer lots of support and on the job training, in addition to a structured induction and training plan.
