Sterling McCall Lexus is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in retail sales and service. We are needing to hire a Customer Service Department Receptionist immediately.

- Check frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately.
- Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
- Set appointments for our customers.
- Study, learn and understand our maintenance we offer.
- Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.
- At least 1 year of Telemarketing, Appointment Setting and Customer Service Experience.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
