Brief Overview...
This position makes outgoing phone calls to customers based on service needs such as open recalls and past due for scheduled maintenance . You will be setting service appointments for our Services advisors at the dealership. We are well known for our rapid growth and focus on our employees. We believe in providing great service to our customers, improving the lives of our Customers and Employees through great leadership, a culture of service and a love of learning.

- Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text.
- Check frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately.
- Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
- Set appointments for our customers.
- Study, learn and understand our maintenance we offer.
- Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.
You Need…
- At least 1 year of Telemarketing, Appointment Setting and Customer Service Experience.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
