JOB VACANCY
Receptionist
- £20,599 per year (based on a full-time salary of £25,750 per year)
- 30 hours per week (to be worked over 4 days)
- Permanent contract
- Based in Greenwich
- Monday to Thursday (one day 9:30-5:00; one day 10:30-6:00; two days 10:00-5:30)
First impressions last. When people contact us or visit our premises, their perception of BLG Mind often lies in the hands of our reception team. We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal and management skills to lead our reception at our Greenwich site, ensuring that people receive a professional, warm and friendly welcome.
You will have an understanding of mental health, experience of working on reception and the ability to manage volunteers. You will need to be highly organised, with excellent administrative skills and the confidence to communicate effectively with a range of people.
A flexible can-do attitude and a calm, problem-solving approach are also essential for this role. If you have the above skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
