Job description
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an outgoing professional individual to become part of our reception team.
Working as a receptionist you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all clients at our office, including receiving documents and taking payments.
You will also receive and distribute post, as well as undertake administrative duties. You'll oversee the switchboard, including answering inbound calls and redirecting them to internal contacts, as well as taking and passing messages.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have receptionist or front of house, or relevant experience. You will be a friendly first point of contact for all visitors to the main reception area. You be professional, welcoming and a good communicator.
Your working hours would be Mon-Fri, between the hours of 9am to 5pm, with an hours' lunch.
You will be organised and comfortable in dealing with a wide array of contacts both internal and external.
This is to start immediately.
