Goadsby are seeking a confident, organised individual with an excellent telephone manner to work part time as a Receptionist/Telephonist at our Bournemouth Head Office.
Working hours will be weekdays only, approximately 14 hours per week plus additional cover as and when required.
The day-to-day role will involve:
· managing incoming calls to the switchboard
· organising post
· liaising with staff, clients and visitors to the building and car park
· various other Receptionist duties where required
Applicants must:
· be well presented
· have a professional manner and a strong sense of customer service
· be IT literate and confident engaging with customers in person and over the telephone
· ideally have previous experience in a Receptionist role
