GG2 Group is seeking a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team in Bronx, NY.

Duties Include:
- Answering phones and emails from potential clients as well as internal communications from the office.
- Scheduling appointments for clients.
- Creating invoices for collections.
- Assisting with data entry.
- Assisting with billing, collecting payments, and entering invoices into the system.
- Assisting with collections by collecting payments from clients.
- Scanning documents into the system.
- Providing general support to clients and internal departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bronx, NY 10458: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
