Here at Fresenius Medical Care we have an exciting opportunity within our friendly team as a Receptionist.
We are looking for somebody who is customer focused and confident with dealing with customers, over the phone, a natural problem solver with a logical approach, excellent IT skills and has a sound knowledge of all Microsoft packages, motivated in achieving results, good telephone manner, whom is able to maintain confidentiality and to use their initiative and be flexible to meet work demands.
This is a full time 37.5hrs per week role, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm based at our head office in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.
What does the role involve?
You will:
Provide a Receptionist Service ensuring that staff and visitors are directed courteously to the appropriate member of staff- Answer the telephone; screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, redirect calls to the relevant member of staff and take appropriate action when required
- Greet persons entering the premises and direct them to correct destination
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the premises
- General Administrative / Clerical support as and when required
- Receive & sort mail and deliveries and frank outgoing post
- Answer incoming calls from trusts, FMC clinics, home patients, suppliers and technicians
- Manage the department email inbox
