RECEPTIONIST

Lincoln of Bloomington is seeking to hire a Full-time Receptionist to answer multiple phone lines, assist with clerical/administrative duties, and make a positive first impression on customers at our busy dealership!
We are looking for a people person who is well-spoken and able to multi-task in a fun, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have previous receptionist and/or customer service experience.

Schedule: Flexible Hours; 7.5 - 8.5-hour shifts
Business Hours:
Monday through Thursday 7:00am - 8:00pm
Friday 7:00 – 6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities - Receptionist:
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers that enter the showroom
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Maintain appointment diary, either electronically or manually
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications - Receptionist:
- Previous Receptionist / Customer Service experience preferred
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Good communication skills and professional personal presentation
- Honest, respectful, and trustworthy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage
