As a rapidly growing Company, we are looking for professional Inbound Call Answering Receptionist with natural flair for delivering telephone-based customer service that is second to none. So, what will the role of a Inbound Call Answering Receptionist entail?
Working within a team, you’ll receive industry leading training to enable you to provide first-class customer service to your allocated clients and their callers. You’ll build and maintain relationships with clients to become familiar with each business and their requirements, which will enable you to effectively handle telephone calls on their behalf. On top of the training, you will be supported by your team and your Team Leader in order to develop your skills as you grow into the role.
There will never be a dull moment, as often you will be answering upwards of 100 calls a day. You will provide a helpful, friendly service, taking accurate, quality messages, that you will then record on your system. Your messages will instantly be relayed to the client.
What will I need in order to be considered for this Inbound Call Answering Receptionist?
- Superb listening and communication skills
- Ability to quickly build good relationships with people
- Helpful and approachable with a professional and friendly telephone manner
- Good computer skills, with timely and accurate data entry and typing skills
- High level of attention to detail
- A positive, pro-active ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to work as part of a busy, flexible team
Ideally you will have proven customer service experience gained within a call centre or reception role, although a great attitude, tons of enthusiasm to learn and a brilliant telephone manner are most important.
Hours of Work and Salary
22.5 hours per week.
Monday to Friday 8am-8pm. 7.5hrs shifts
Saturday/Sunday shifts required on a rota basis
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: £11.02-£11.87 per hour
